Step 2

Prepare the product and documents

Prepare proof of purchase, product serial number, a clear issue description, and back up personal data where possible. Pack the product securely for send-in repair.

Step 3

Receive the shipping label and send the product

After submitting the form, you will receive a shipping label at the email address provided. Pack the product securely and send it according to the shipping label and Suunto's instructions. For paid out-of-warranty repairs, customer-caused damage, or cases outside warranty coverage, you are responsible for shipping the product to the service center or designated address.

Step 4

Inspection, repair, replacement, and return

The service center inspects the product and determines whether the case is handled in warranty, out of warranty, by repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy. Suunto covers standard return shipping after service is completed.

Before you begin

  1. Have a valid email address, your product serial number, and access to a printer.
  2. Complete all required fields in the online service request form.
  3. After submitting the form, follow the shipping documents and instructions provided.
  4. Do not send user guides, instruction manuals, or retail packaging with your product. These items cannot be returned.
  5. If the repair is not covered by the Suunto International Limited Warranty, an Authorized Service Center representative will contact you with a detailed cost estimate and available secure payment methods.
  6. Once the repair is complete, the product will be returned to the address entered in the service request.

Typical repair target

Repair Time and Delay Handling

7–20 calendar days

Suunto uses 7–20 calendar days as a typical end-to-end repair target, measured from when you ship the product until you receive the serviced product.

This target does not include time awaiting your response or quotation confirmation, customs delays, abnormal carrier disruptions, force majeure, or a parts shortage disclosed within 20 calendar days together with a reasonable alternative.

Delay handling

If service time exceeds 20 days, you may submit a complaint

If service is expected to exceed 10 days, Suunto Customer Care will proactively inform you of the specific reason. If service exceeds 20 days, email services@suunto.com with your repair request number, product serial number, proof-of-purchase information, and a description of the issue. Customer Care will review the repair status and assess delay compensation based on the specific circumstances.
