1. Promotion Period
1.1 The SUUNTO Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotion ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM EST on November 20, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 1, 2025 (inclusive) ("Promotion Period").

1.2 By placing an order at us.suunto.com during the Promotion Period, you participate in the Promotion and accept these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before participating. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not participate in the Promotion.

1.3 These Terms govern the relationship between you ("you" or the "Participant") and Suunto USA, Inc., 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, County of Sussex USA, support-en@suunto.com ("Suunto" or "Organizer") in relation to the Promotion. Questions and feedback about the Promotion may be brought to the attention of Organizer through the aforementioned contact details.

2. Eligibility
2.1 Geographic Scope
This promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including all states and territories), excluding Puerto Rico, and to individuals who are located in Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate and valid contact information (including email and phone number). Suunto is not liable for failure to deliver notifications or gifts due to incorrect or incomplete information.

2.2 Verification
Suunto reserves the right to verify participants’ eligibility at any time. Any Participant found to be ineligible—including those from excluded regions or who provide false information—will be disqualified without compensation. This Promotion is void where prohibited.
Employees, representatives and agents of the Organizer or those of any of its affiliates, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) or households (whether or not related) of such employees, representatives and agents and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
Getting a gift is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2.3 Order Validity
Participant must complete payment within 24 hours of placing an order at us.suunto.com. Orders not paid within this timeframe will be deemed invalid, and any associated promotional benefits—including gift eligibility and ranking—will be forfeited.

3. Promotion Benefits & Redemption
3.1 Gift Strap for Selected Watch Models
For new watch models (Vertical 2, Race 2, Run): One complimentary strap (retail value $49) will be included with the watch your ordered at no additional cost. The material and color of the strap are random.
For selected watch models (Race S, Race, Vertical): You may purchase one strap (retail value $49) for $1 per eligible order. The material and color of the strap are random.

3.2 Special Gifts for the First 100 Qualified Orders
Special Gifts: Special gifts may include Suunto Race, Suunto Wing with Charging Dock, straps and other accessories. The approximate retail value of gifts ranges from $20 to $299. Except for Suunto Race and Suunto Wing with Charging Dock (quantities as specified), other gifts are subject to actual stock availability. The material and color of the strap are random.
All gifts will be distributed randomly on a first-come, first-served basis. Suunto does not guarantee that earlier orders will receive higher-value gifts. All physical gifts will be shipped after the Promotion ends.
The $20 coupon will be issued within 2 business days after the Promotion and is valid for the next purchase only; it cannot be applied to the current order.

Participation Conditions:
During the Promotion Period, participants who successfully place an order at us.suunto.com, complete payment, and rank among the first 100 participants based on the system-recorded order placement time (with payment completed) are eligible to receive additional gifts.
- The order amount must be USD $100 or more (excluding taxes and shipping).
- Refunded, canceled, or unpaid orders are not eligible for gifts.
- Each Participant (identified by account, email, shipping address, or payment method) is limited to one gift qualification.

Issuance Process：
- The list of eligible Participants will be finalized by December 3, 2025 (within 2 business days after the Promotion ends).
- The eligible Participants will be notified via email only using the address provided at checkout.
- No personal information will be publicly disclosed; Suunto will only publish order numbers and order payment times for announcements.

3.3 Gift straps will be shipped together with the eligible order. Special gifts will be shipped within 7 business days after the announcement period ends, or digital coupons will be sent via email. Delivery times are subject to logistics conditions and destination. Suunto is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events (including natural disasters, epidemics, or transportation disruptions) but will notify affected Participants promptly.

3.4 If a Participant returns the qualifying order (the order placed at the promotional price), all products purchased at the promotional price under this order must be returned together, and the refund shall be limited to the actual amount paid for the order; the gift must also be returned in unused condition. Otherwise, Suunto reserves the right to deduct the retail value of the gift from the refund.

3.5 The gifts are personal, non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. To the extent not prohibited under applicable mandatory law, you will be solely responsible for all applicable taxes relating to your receipt and/or use of the gift, if applicable.
Unless otherwise provided under applicable mandatory law or expressly stated in writing in connection with the distribution of the gift, the gift is given on an "as is" basis and the Organizer, nor any of its affiliates, makes any representations or warranties of any nature with respect to the gift.

4. Participation Limitation
Each participant, identified by the same account, email address, phone number, shipping address, or payment method, is eligible for only one gift qualification. Multiple entries or repeated participation under any of these identifiers are not permitted.

5. Prohibited Behaviors
During the Promotion Period, any attempt to participate through fraudulent means—including but not limited to malicious order manipulation, fake transactions, automated entries, or any other activity that violates these Terms—will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any promotional benefits, without compensation.
Incomplete, corrupted, late, or illegible entries are void and will not be accepted. Suunto assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for technical errors affecting submission or processing. Proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt.
If you enter or attempt to enter the Promotion in violation of these Terms or in a manner deemed unfair to other participants, Suunto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your participation and cancel any associated benefits.

6. Taxation on Gifts
If applicable local, state, or federal laws require the payment of taxes on gifts received through this Promotion, the participant is solely responsible for reporting and paying any such taxes. Suunto does not assume responsibility for tax obligations arising from participation in this Promotion.

7. Data Collection & Usage
7.1 During this Promotion, Suunto may collect personal information you provide, including your name, contact details, and order information.

7.2 This information will be used solely for purposes related to the Promotion, such as verifying eligibility, processing orders, delivering gifts, and providing customer support. All data will be handled in accordance with Suunto’s privacy policy and applicable U.S. privacy laws.

7.3 Suunto will not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to administer the Promotion. Where legally required, Suunto may disclose information to comply with regulatory obligations or respond to lawful requests.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1. Modification of Rules: Suunto may update these Terms during the Promotion, provided that any changes will not adversely affect rights already earned by Participants. Updates will be communicated via official channels, including the Suunto website and the email address provided at checkout. Continued participation after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.2 Interpretation: Suunto retains the right to interpret these Terms in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. This clause does not limit any statutory rights you may have under U.S. law. For questions, please contact support-en@suunto.com.

8.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Promotion cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, or to a competent small claims court if eligible.
Participants retain any rights provided under mandatory consumer protection laws. Nothing in this clause limits your right to file a complaint with a governmental or regulatory authority.
