I'm a British 1500m and 5000m runner, an OAC Europe athlete, and the British 5K record holder. I was raised in a family of sport — my dad and brother both played professional football — so I grew up understanding the discipline, pressure, and consistency required to perform at the highest level. Beyond racing, I have a YouTube channel where I share the training, racing, and behind-the-scenes details of life as a professional athlete.
