Suunto “Spring Sale” Promotion U.S.-Store Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Suunto “Spring Adventure Ready” Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Suunto USA, Inc. (“Suunto”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through the Suunto U.S. online store (the “Site”). By completing a purchase during the Promotion Period, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not participate in the Promotion.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs for a limited time, from March 18, 2026 12:00 AM to March 31, 2026 11:59 PM ET (GMT-5), inclusive. Suunto reserves the right to adjust the Promotion Period with prior notice, provided that any orders already confirmed before the adjustment will be honoured in accordance with these Terms.

2. Eligible Recipients & Shipping Territory

2.1 This Promotion is available ONLY to end-consumer purchasers whose order is shipped to a physical address located in the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.

2.2 EXCLUDED addresses (no exceptions): APO/FPO/DPO military post boxes; Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and every other U.S. territory or protectorate.

2.3 Resellers, dealers, bulk buyers, and anyone purchasing for resale are expressly excluded from this Promotion. Suunto reserves the right to cancel any order it reasonably believes is intended for resale, without prior notice, and refund the order amount (excluding any promotional benefits).

3. Automatic Markdowns & Discounts

3.1 Selected SKUs are eligible for automatic price reductions as follows, with no coupon code required. Discounts will be displayed in-cart at checkout:

• Watches: Up to 27% OFF selected models
• Headphones: Up to 39% OFF selected models
• Dive products: Up to 39% OFF selected models

3.2 Discounted items remain eligible for all other promotional benefits outlined in these Terms (e.g., free gifts).

3.3 Discounts apply only to eligible, in-stock items. Suunto reserves the right to limit quantities of discounted items per order.

4. Free Race 2 Wool Knit Hat Offer (RACE Full Series)

4.1 Qualifying products: All SKUs in the Suunto RACE full series (including but not limited to RACE, RACE 2, RACE S models).

4.2 You'll be able to add a free Merino Wool Knit Hat (MSRP USD $39) when a qualifying RACE series watch is added to cart.

4.3 If you return the qualifying RACE series watch, the free Merino Wool Knit Hat must also be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the hat is not returned or is returned in non-resaleable condition, the then-current MSRP of the hat will be deducted from your refund.

4.4 The free hat is a promotional item with no cash value; it cannot be exchanged for credit, other products, or cash.

5. Extra Gift for First 50 Orders (Order Amount ≥ USD 100)

5.1 Eligibility: The first 50 end-consumer orders placed during the Promotion Period with a merchandise subtotal (after automatic discounts, before tax, shipping, or payment fees) of USD 100 or more are eligible for an extra gift (the “Extra Gift”).

5.2 “Merchandise Subtotal” is defined as the U.S.-dollar value of all physical items in the order after applying automatic discounts, excluding tax, shipping costs, and payment processing fees.

5.3 The Extra Gift is limited to one per eligible order, while supplies last. Eligibility is determined by the order placement time (first-come, first-served), and Suunto’s order records shall be final in case of disputes.

5.4 Gift will be shipped 30 days after purchase, provided no return has been processed. If the item is returned for any reason, the gift will be canceled. Gift eligibility remains valid for returns due to manufacturer defects.

5.5 If you return all paid items in the eligible order for a full refund, the Extra Gift must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Failure to return the Extra Gift will result in the MSRP of the Extra Gift being deducted from your refund. For partial returns, if the remaining merchandise subtotal falls below USD 100, you must either return the Extra Gift or allow Suunto to deduct its MSRP from the refund amount.

5.6 The Extra Gift is a promotional item with no cash value; it cannot be exchanged for credit, other products, or cash.

6. Free Strap Offer (New Products: Vertical 2, Run)

6.1 Qualifying products: New Suunto Vertical 2 and Suunto Run watches (all colours, editions, and SKUs), excluding the Suunto Vertical 2 Anniversary Gift Box.

6.2 One free strap (model and colour randomly assigned, while supplies last) will be automatically added to the cart when a qualifying new product is added. No coupon code or additional action is required.

6.3 If you return the qualifying Vertical 2 or Run watch, the free strap must also be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If the strap is not returned or is returned in non-resaleable condition, the then-current MSRP of the strap will be deducted from your refund.

6.4 Suunto does not guarantee the availability of specific strap models or colours; substitutions may be made if the originally intended strap is out of stock.

7. Returns, Refunds & Gift Treatment

7.1 The return window for all paid products purchased during the Promotion Period is 30 days from the date of delivery (standard Suunto return policy applies). Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition with all original packaging and accessories.

7.2 For orders eligible for free gifts (Race 2 Wool Knit Hat, Extra Gift, free strap), the following applies:

Full refund: All free gifts received with the order must be returned unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Failure to return any gift will result in the MSRP of the unreturned gift(s) being deducted from the refund.

Partial refund: If the remaining merchandise subtotal after partial return no longer meets the eligibility criteria for a free gift (e.g., order amount falls below USD 100 for the Extra Gift), you must either return the applicable gift or allow Suunto to deduct its MSRP from the refund amount.

7.3 Minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g., loose threads on apparel, minor colour variations) are not considered manufacturing defects. Please contact customer support for assistance if you have concerns about product quality.

7.4 Gift exchanges (e.g., size, colour) are not available unless the gift is defective. Defective gifts may be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.

8. While-Supplies-Last Clause

All free gifts (Race 2 Wool Knit Hat, Extra Gift, free strap) are available while supplies last. If a gift becomes unavailable after your payment is completed, Suunto may, at its sole discretion:
(i) Upgrade you to an alternative gift of equal or greater value, or
(ii) Credit the MSRP of the unavailable gift to your original payment method.

Suunto will notify you by email if a substitution or credit is applied. Credits will be processed within 14 business days. No cash alternative beyond the stated credit amount will be provided. If all applicable gifts are unavailable, Suunto may cancel the gift portion of the Promotion without affecting your paid order or other promotional discounts.

9. General Legal Terms

9.1 This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable federal, state, or local law.

9.2 Suunto reserves the right to cancel, modify, or amend the Promotion, these Terms, or any promotional benefit at any time without prior notice, provided that any orders already confirmed before the change will be honoured in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of order placement. Such changes will not affect your non-waivable statutory rights as a consumer.

9.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with Suunto’s standard dispute resolution processes, as outlined in the Site’s Terms of Service.

9.4 Privacy & Data Compliance: By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge that Suunto will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy (https://us.suunto.com/pages/suunto-customer-privacy-policy) and applicable U.S. privacy laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA). No personal data will be sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising without your explicit consent.

9.5 Suunto is not liable for any delays in shipping, delivery, or gift fulfillment caused by carriers, force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions), or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9.6 No substitution, transfer, or assignment of promotional benefits is permitted, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
